Evangel is a thriving multi-cultural, multi-generational, family-oriented, Christ centered church located right in the middle of several communities northwest of Chicago. The church was founded over forty years ago yet still remains a relevant voice today. Our weekly services feature inspiring live music, practical Bible teaching, exciting student and kids ministries and a strong emphasis on growing in our journey with God. 

Our purpose among the community of Evangel is to provide an atmosphere of worship and service to God where people can grow healthy and strong in their relationship with Jesus Christ with the encouragement and power of the Holy Spirit. Evangel Church is built on a strong foundation. Our history is summarized in the gracious work of our Lord Jesus Christ and the preaching of the cross. The Bible, God's Holy Word, and the dynamic work of the Holy Spirit guides us from our rich spiritual heritage of the past into the future filled with hope that our Lord has in store for us according to His sovereign plan.
