Lessons are provided along with training for any volunteers EVENT CHILDCARE - help with childcare during some of our church’s events JUNIOR BIBLE QUIZ - assist leaders as we teach our Bible Quiz students. Sundays from 11:30-12:30 NURSERY & TODDLERS - help love on children 3 and under PRESCHOOL - teach and assist kids, ages 3-5. Curriculum provided, crafts and other supplies are set up for you each week WEDNESDAY NIGHT - teach and assist students in K-5. Lessons are provided along with training for any volunteers. 6:30-8pm WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS - help bring a dish or food item for our meal (menus are written in advance) or you can help serve the students food that evening 6:30-8pm EC Youth Ministry YOUTH CAMP - volunteer to be a camp counselor for a week and pour into the next generation YOUTH LEADER - build relationships with youth and elevate your spiritual gifts to help young people of this generation grow in God YOUTH WORSHIP - read and memorize music/words, sing or play an instrument WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS - help bring a dish or food item for our meal (menus are written in advance) or can help serve the students food that evening 6:30-8pm Hands of Hope CLOSE DOWN – help teardown tables and floor cleanup. DISTRIBUTION – assist people with selecting food. GRANT WRITER – assist with writing grants for HOH. MINISTRY TABLE & PRAYER – pray for clients who need help. PICK UP & RECEIVING - help pick up donations at several stores PRODUCE DISTRIBUTION – help sort and bag produce REGISTRATION – help install new clients, track their times per month and call their numbers to receive food Hospitality ATTENDANCE – assist with recording attendance totals during services CAFÉ – help serve guests with simple food service, take orders, assist with the purchasing of food and drinks with a simple IPAD Square, learn to make a specialty coffee or Frappuccino CHURCH MERCHANDISE – help sell merchandise at the connect center using a simple IPAD Square before and/or after service times CONNECT CENTER – connect with guests with the ability to answer questions and share resources EVENT HOSTS – serve at special events which EC occasionally hosts by welcoming guests and helping behind the scenes in simple hospitality tasks ONLINE HOST - requires the ability to use a laptop computer during a regular service time, make simple functions of specific keystrokes with prepared brief statements, simple online communication to interact with our EC online guests SERVICE HOSTS – oversee our welcome team during a specific service time delegating them to their strategic locations while fulfilling their hospitality roles, oversee the strategic filling of seating areas, oversee team receiving of offering, occasional distribution of resources, check on connect center and online host WELCOME TEAM – willing to be at an entrance or key location 15 minutes before service time, welcome people with a warm smile and kind spirit with simple greetings, hold a door, shake a hand or give a high five to adults, youth and children as they enter and exit our facilities at our doorways before and/or after services, able to give simple directions, serve under the direction of the service hosts Life Groups & Prayer Teams LIFE GROUP HOST - willing to open up your home over an 8-12 week semester of a year to host a group of people for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer 2x a month or weekly based on the desire of the group LIFE GROUP LEADER - ability to lead a group of people in Bible study, prayer and making disciples through teaching 2 times a month or weekly based on the desire of the group over an 8-12 week semester LIFE GROUP PARTICIPANT - attend a life group for the purpose of growing in Christ and making disciples INTERCESSORY PRAYER TEAM - willing to receive and intercede with others from your home through prayer for emergency prayer notices and needs through emails and texts SERVICE PRAYER TEAM - willing to pray prior to service, pray with a specific prayer person during prayer times, be filled with the Holy Spirit to pray for specific needs of people and be led by the Spirit at the altar Medical & Security MEDICAL - Cares for patients at the scene of an incident until first responders can arrive. Able to assess a patient's condition and to manage respiratory, cardiac, and trauma emergencies SECURITY - Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior Production AUDIO - run our sound system, microphones, and speakers to help elevate our Sunday and first Wednesday services CAMERA ASSISTANT - create cool and fun shots during our service so we can project and broadcast our service PROPRESENTER - present different items on our projectors during service SOCIAL MEDIA - take pictures and post during service STAGE ASSISTANT – helps clean off stage before and after service.
